Our privately owned client who have been established for over twenty years and renowned for delivering luxury client build mansions mainly within Surrey,  are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join the team.

Initially joining to oversee the construction of a bespoke, 14,000sqft high-end mansion in Surrey with an extremely high level of interior specification set in over 100 acres, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious project, managing a team of contractors and suppliers to deliver a luxury property that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
* Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders
* Lead and manage a team of contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed
* Collaborate with the commercial department in managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process
* Ensure client satisfaction and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential construction
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on luxury residential builds
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, Asta or similar
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications

**Desirable:**

* RICS or Degree certification
* Experience with luxury property development companies
* Knowledge of local building regulations and authorities in Surrey
