Role Responsibilities:
– Project Leadership: Oversee a 85 unit apartment development, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
– Team Management: Lead and inspire site teams, including subcontractors, assistants, and trainees.
– Quality Assurance: Utilise internal systems to maintain high standards of quality.
– Programme Coordination: Manage site standards, champion compliance, and coordinate programmes effectively.
– Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants to overcome challenges and meet targets.
Skills and Experience Required:
– Educational Background: HND or Degree in Construction or equivalent experience.
– Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and line management capabilities.
– Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale developments.
– Communication & Planning: Exceptional communication, planning, and commercial awareness.
– Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC training.
– Specialisation: Must have experience with RC frame and traditional apartment projects.
