We are seeking a driven and passionate Site Manager to oversee the construction of four bespoke, high-end residential properties set within a prestigious private 50 acre estate in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a unique and challenging project, delivering exceptional quality homes.
**About the Project:**
The development consists of four individual, 2,500 – 3,000sqft bespoke houses, each designed to provide luxurious living spaces with high-end finishes and specifications. The project requires a Site Manager who can effectively manage the construction process, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budget reporting into and with mentorship from an experienced Build Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the construction process from foundation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
* Develop and implement site-specific construction plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
* Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, plant, and equipment.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and expectations are managed.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that the project is delivered to the required quality and safety standards.
* Manage and control project costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and variations are minimised.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
* CSCS Black Card or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software e.g., Asta.
* Valid UK driving license.
