Bellway Hails Good Performance as Revenues Rise

Bellway have hailed a good performance in 2025 after posting a revenue rise of almost 17% to £2.78bn.

🏡 Delivered 8,749 high-quality homes during FY25, which was 14% higher than the prior year. With a healthy forward order book and work-in-progress position, they remain well-positioned to deliver further growth to around 9,200 new home completions in FY26.

🌲 They have made good progress with their plans for ‘Bellway Home Space’, their new timber frame production facility. The fit-out of the facility near Mansfield is substantially complete, and they are on track to begin supplying the divisions with frames in early 2026.

🏆 Bellway employees achieved a record 47 NHBC ‘Pride in the Job’ awards in 2025. They also had an excellent response to their most recent employee engagement survey, with 91% of colleagues saying they would recommend Bellway as ‘a great place to work’.

⭐ Bellway has retained its position as a five-star homebuilder, reflecting their focus on delivering consistently high service and quality homes for all their customers.

Bellway has a high-quality land bank, a strong balance sheet and the operational capacity to deliver long-term growth. They are very well-positioned to continue delivering much-needed high-quality new homes, and increased cash generation and shareholder returns in FY26 and beyond.
