We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of a new 130-unit residential development in Hampshire, working for one of the most recognisable brands in the UK housing market.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage all aspects of the construction process from initial site setup to handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Lead and motivate a team of site personnel, including subcontractors and Assistant Site Managers.
* Develop and implement site safety plans, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor progress and report to the project manager, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and health and safety legislation.
**Requirements:**
* Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager in large-scale residential projects (100+ units).
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of building regulations and health and safety legislation.
* Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid).
