On Friday, Octagon won Gold in the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards for their Broadoaks Park project in the ‘Best Luxury Development’ category.
A team that we played a part in building over the years with the introduction of the Head of Construction, Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Commercial Manager, Surveyor and Buyer.

The Surrey development is a true testament to both the Octagon brand and the team behind it – designing and delivering a scheme such as this takes skill and passion in equal measures.
The judge’s report reads: “Luxury doesn’t have to be villas on steroids at eye-watering prices. It can be a multi-home development that actually says inclusivity as much as exclusivity, and nowhere is this illustrated better than at Broadoaks Park.”
