Job Title: Site Manager
Location: North West London / Hertfordshire

A proactive and experienced Site Manager is needed to oversee a prestigious project consisting of two, 6,000sqft houses, as well as six high specification apartments. This hands-on role requires managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet high standards and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a proven residential construction background, understanding high-quality finishes, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include problem-solving, quality control, managing snagging, and timely property handover.

Team and Reporting Structure:
The Site Manager will work closely with the Construction Director and the Quantity Surveyor. The team includes an Assistant Site Manager, labourers, and some directly employed subcontractors. Effective communication with the finance director, sales team, and external advisors is essential.
