Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
– Drive the pursuit of NHBC Pride in the Job awards, maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.
– Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
– Implement and uphold health and safety standards across all sites.
– Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Skills and Experience Required:
– Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the residential construction sector.
– Demonstrable success in managing multiple live projects, particularly within Surrey and Sussex.
